Busy month ahead for former Hawk Yanda

Continuing the tradition of Iowa football players succeeding in the NFL, Baltimore Ravens offensive guard Marshal Yanda will play in the AFC Championship game this Sunday for a shot at the Super Bowl. He’s also the first Ravens guard ever to be selected for the 2012 Pro Bowl, scheduled for Jan. 29 in Hawaii.

    Yes, Shonn, but also Nate Kaeding and of course Ricky Stanzi – I’m waiting for him to become a starting QB. Go Hawks.
