You Are What You Eat

What if you potentially could reduce your risk of diabetes, heart disease, cancer, and neurological issues by as much as 90 percent? What if this approach could also improve your energy, strength, and appearance in as little as three months?

Terry Wahls, 82MD, UI clinical professor of medicine, will be the featured speaker at our next Lifelong Learning session, which will take a look at how broken biochemistry is the root cause of disease. By simply changing what you eat and do, you can improve your health in a number of ways.

Join us on April 10 at the Des Moines Public Library for this event, which is free and open to the public. Please register by noon on April 5 here.
