S.T.A.T. and Dance Marathon Team Up For The Kids

Dance Marathon 20 set yet another UI fundraising record earlier this month, collecting $1,801,032.20 for the University of Iowa Children’s Hospital. This year, the UI Alumni Association’s student organization, Students Today, Alumni Tomorrow (S.T.A.T.), collaborated with Dance Marathon to offer an exciting challenge for S.T.A.T. members—encouraging them to go above and beyond their fundraising goal of $400 per person.

Revving Up for Rivalry

It’s time for Iowa’s favorite intrastate rivalry! Few things are as enjoyable as watching the Hawkeyes hoist the Cy-Hawk Trophy after a hard-won battle.

The UIAA and our student group, S.T.A.T. (Students Today, Alumni Tomorrow), are in the midst of weeklong events meant to spark a black-and-gold fervor before Saturday’s big contest. We’ve handed out Beat State T-shirts and free Bruegger’s…

Welcoming a New Batch of Hawkeyes

Dodging for Dreams and Glory

DSC_5359DSC_5359

On Sunday, April 28, a collection of UI students sauntered down Kinnick Stadium’s south bleachers and onto Iowa’s most illustrious playing surface. Unlike the football team that held its annual Spring Game a day earlier, these competitors weren’t here to catch balls—they were here to dodge them.

This past Sunday, the University of Iowa Alumni Association’s student organization, Students Today, Alumni…
