I’ve been to over 20 Sushi restaurants in Las Vegas and the best sushi place is Yama Sushi. They have all you can eat sushi for $21 (2019)!
The best sushi roll they have is called Sun of the Beach roll and its delicious. I love nigiri and they always have it very fresh.
Its usually very busy during the main lunch and dinner hours so I would suggest going in between those times otherwise you might have to wait for 20 minutes. I only wish they were open 24 hours. Late night sushi is the best!
Its located on East Flamingo about a mile from the strip.
