In today’s fast paced environment, we completely forget the discipline which is very important to have a good health. Everyone wants satisfaction by their work, relations and society even though it is at cost of their health. A healthy person can be identified very easily by his physical, psychological and sociological status. It is not necessary that a person, who is not suffering from disease, is healthy. To maintain health and to understand art of living, we must discipline ourselves in each and every moment of life.

According to scientists, attitude plays a significant role in all aspect of a person life. With a positive attitude, we can face the challenges easily without compromising our health. Depression is very dangerous to our health and diminishes our chances to overcome our fears. We must discipline ourselves for betterment of our life and society. Our health is dependent on so many factors like education, economic, social and physical environment It is also reflected with the individual’s behavior.

First, we have to conquer our mind and live a discipline life which includes healthy eating habit, daily exercise and positive attitude towards life. Whenever exercise term stated, all we think is a gymnasium but here I must emphasize that exercise of brain is also very important part of a person’s health. We can find so many articles and books on physical exercise but less are said and advised for brain exercise.

We have to actively start learning new things and do exercise on daily basis like crossword puzzle and Sudoku. This will not only make us active but will reduce the possibility of brain disorders on aging.

Change is the law of nature and if external factors changes, you have to think deeply and adapt accordingly for the betterment of your health. God gifted us with a body and brain.
